How to increase the load-bearing capacity of non-woven bags

Non-woven bags are now more and more widely used, and non-woven bags are needed in many occasions.So we have to consider the load-bearing performance of non-woven bags. The general non-woven bag can support weight of about 10kg. If we want to bear more weight, we should improve the following process, which will greatly increase the load-bearing performance of the non-woven bag.

1.Use sewing non - woven bags as much as possible

The sewing non-woven bag has better load-bearing performance than the ultrasonic  non-woven bag.because the ultrasonic non-woven bag is only thermally bonded together by high temperature, all the forces are subjected to a thermal melting point, so the heat-fusible non-woven bag is not strong in bearing capacity.

2. Make cross at the handle of the non woven bag

The force of  the non-woven bag during the movement will be carried out at the four points of the handle non-woven bag.  If the load-bearing performance of these four points is difficult to tear, the load-bearing performance will be greatly enhanced. Therefore, we do the cross treatment in the handle area, which is very useful to improve the load-bearing performance of the non-woven bag.

4. Because the force of  the non-woven bag during the movement will be carried out at the four points of the handle non-woven bag.If we make the handle sew to bottom or full circle,It’s load-bearing performance will be greatly enhanced,will not only depend on the 4 points of the handle.All the two side will bear the weight.We made a test,one 40*40*20cm non woven bag with the handle sew to bottom or full circle.In the normal speed movement of pedestrians, the non-woven bag is not affected by the pulling force to tear or break.
